The Lord is sure to guide your way.” So many folks don’t know You Lord. Don’t know the stories of Your love. They long for happiness and joy. Be with them, Lord, as they go about their days. Be their friend, every step of the way. My Mother told me long ago, “Always let the love inside you show.” And only now I understand that I am here as Your right hand. And sometimes my friends forget You Lord. They cannot trust in Your sweet love. I see them sad and all alone. Guide me to their care, Lord, as we walk these roads together. Help me be their friend, help me show them Your love. And if I am the only book they read, may my pages tell Your truth indeed. We will work together, You and I. Oh it’s a new day, I’m starting again: Living a life of love. Before I make a list of tasks that I think should get done I pray that I’ll be shown the true importance of each one. I make a list and choose with care the ones to do. I leave the rest and do my best. I’m working God for You! Oh it’s a new day for being with You. Yes it’s a new day for living in Truth!
