Mini-Retreats

What is a "mini-retreat"? A mini-retreat is a weekend experience of renewal and expansion designed to fit your need for time apart and growth while honoring the personal time and financial resources that you have available. You get to chose whether to step completely away from home and relationships and spend the weekend in a hotel near the retreat location or go home each evening. The only meal shared over the weekend is a bring-your-own Saturday lunch. You are invited to bring the foods and snacks that most nourish your body and will fill you with energy that brings all of you, heart, mind, and body, to the workshops.

In general, timing for mini-retreat weekends is as follows:

  • Friday evening, 6:30pm - 8:00pm, followed by personal reflection to be completed before Saturday's workshops begin.
  • Saturday morning, 7:30am - 8:30am, guided yoga when available, modest fee
  • Saturday workshops, 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Sunday optional one-on-one coaching sessions, 9:00am - 3:00pm, 25-50 minutes each, additional fee which varies with session length

During each mini-retreat, you will experience mind/body/spirit expansion through interactive activities, private journaling, discussion, and relationships with others. Private coaching sessions offered on Sunday allow you to design your next steps or process more deeply your weekend experience. You may choose to begin an ongoing coaching relationship to jump-start the next phase of life's exciting journey!
