Today I decided to write about something I need to embrace: Authentic Feedback. My goal is to deepen my understanding with you and by finding value, deepen my acceptance of the concept.

What is authentic feedback? By combining dictionary phrases, I come up with:

trustworthy and factual (authentic) evaluative information (feedback)

Easeful Living

Easeful… a word? Yes, according to Websters. Not one I hear often but I love its meaning. To me, when a relationship or activity is easeful, it flows, it feels natural, it isn't forced, it comes with a beautiful “Ah!” sigh. It is full of ease.

What if each of the activities and conversations I choose to participate in today were easeful?
