Who am I? Are my actions fully aligned with the values I hold dear? Do I let you see who I am? Or, am I hiding behind activities that our culture deems necessary?
As my summer of play/pickleball comes to an end, these are the questions I am wrestling with. Once again, I am aware that my passion is deep connection with people and inviting others to deeper connection with themselves. I want you to know who you are and to answer “Yes!” when asked if your actions align with your values.
As a step forward for me toward greater inner/outer alignment, I have released Facebook pages which I created for the purpose of marketing my life coaching business. I don’t look for connection in social media. I seek it in my day-to-day life experiences: playing pickleball, volleyball and racquetball, grocery shopping, going for a walk with family and friends, visiting the dentist! So why, if I want to connect with you in person, would I invite you to find me on social media? I’m not there! My heart is with my body out in the world.
What about you?
Where are your actions not aligned with your heart and soul?
What activities are masking the real you?
What makes it hard to release them?
What if you did?
What are you missing out on because you don’t?
