… you? Think about it. We often talk about “trusting the other person” in a relationship. But what about “me”? When I feel whole, grounded, secure in my “self”, confident in my ability to set boundaries and to make wise decisions, I am less apt to be blown off course by “you”. I am also less likely to blame “you” when things go awry.
